From a rented hall to a movement
White Outreach Movement Ministry started with a handful of people convinced that church could be honest, alive, and life-changing. That conviction hasn't changed. Only the number of lives it's touched.
Our Mission
To take the love and hope of Jesus Christ directly to the streets: standing with the everyday hustlers working hard to make ends meet, and reaching everyone at large with practical help and the Gospel.
Our Vision
A Ghana without a single forgotten street, where every hustler is seen and encouraged, and every person, no matter what they do to get by, encounters the love of Christ.
Milestones along the way

One Man, One Street
General White began walking Accra's streets alone, encouraging hawkers and traders hustling to make ends meet.
- 22018
White Outreach Movement Founded
A small team of volunteers formalized into White Outreach Movement Ministry, based in Accra.
- 32022
Weekly Street Outreach Begins
Street Hustle Outreach became a weekly rhythm, now reaching hundreds of hardworking hustlers every Saturday.
- 42024
Hospital & Prison Visitation Added
The ministry expanded to reach the sick and the incarcerated across the Greater Accra Region.

Reaching Everyone at Large
Online sermons, live streams, and one-on-one sessions with General White now carry the ministry beyond Accra's streets to anyone, anywhere.

Meet General White
Founder & General Overseer
General White founded White Outreach Movement Ministry out of a conviction that the church belongs on the street, not just behind a pulpit. What began with him walking the streets of Accra alone, encouraging hawkers and traders hustling to make ends meet, has grown into a movement of street outreach, market evangelism, and prophetic ministry reaching thousands across Ghana. He is known for his direct, Spirit-led ministry and his heart for the hardworking and the overlooked alike. Today, he also makes time for one-on-one video sessions with anyone who needs prayer, prophetic direction, or simply someone to talk to.
